Marcus Rashford and Juan Mata class
Man Utd won another Premier League fixture vs basement club Crystal Palace
and Marcus Rashford vindicated his recall at Old Trafford.
David de Gea - 6
Made a routine stop at 1-0. Still strangely reluctant to come off his line at
times but kept his sixth clean sheet in seven league games.
Antonio Valencia - 6
The crowd urged him to 'Shooooot' whenever he got the ball in the final third
and he often obliged. Rarely influenced the attack.
Chris Smalling - 6
Got caught in awkward situations with Bakary Sako which gave Palace hope.
Phil Jones is more secure with Eric Bailly next to him.
Phil Jones - 7
His secure form continued with another no-nonsense performance. Covered well
on the handful of occasions Palace threatened to breach United.
Ashley Young - 7 (合約年真的越踢越好
Claimed an assist from the flank for the third week running. Tested
frequently by Andros Townsend but coped well at both ends.
Marouane Fellaini - 8
Scored his third and fourth goals of the season to increase his chances of
starting at Anfield. Hardly ran the game but killed off Palace's lingering
hope.
Nemanja Matic - 6
A relatively solid afternoon from the Serb. Shielded the defence with
discipline but occasionally careless with his passing.
Juan Mata - 7
Scored his first of the season early on and enhanced the United attack with
his incision and movement.
Marcus Rashford - 8
Almost immediately justified his recall by destroying Joel Ward to assist
Mata's opener. A threat throughout, made two goals and hit the post.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan - 6
The low tempo of the game was not conducive to his strengths and he had a
quieter game than in recent outings.
Romelu Lukaku - 6 (怎麼樣就是能進球!!!
Was having his most harmless game for United, his sloppiness irked Mourinho
and Lukaku missed a sitter in the second-half. Then he scored to make it 11
in 10.
Subs
Jesse Lingard - 6
Created a great chance for Lukaku.
Anthony Martial - 7
Another crowdpleasing cameo. Should have scored.
Ander Herrera - 6
Prompt with his passing and alert.
