Darmian - 7 Good early cross to set up Mata chance and defended well against Hull's main danger, Robert Snodgrass. Got forward again late on to cross for Fellaini to head in. Jones - 7 Playing alongside Chris Smalling for the first time this season, the change didn't seem to both him. Neither did playing on the left side of defence. Comfortable night. Smalling - 7 Not as composed as Jones early on but settled down after that. Didn't have that much to do defensively and passed the ball out of the back well when he had to. Herrera - 7 Quietly had a very good game. Managed to press Hull, even from the deeper position Michael Carrick usually occupies. Quick on the ball and tidy with it. Pogba - 8 (FK又中柱, 這球季中柱幾次了啊 Ran the midfield. One fantastic pass to set up Rooney's chance and another in the build up to Mata's goal. Another impressive performance. Mata - 8 United's best player in the first half, popping up all over the place to worry Hull's defence. And it was no surprise that he scored United's opener after the break. Rooney - 5 Looking for his 250th United goal, he couldn't get into the game in the first half. Had a golden chance early in the second half but just missed. First to come off. Mkhitaryan - 6 Should have scored in the first half when Mata wriggled through. Had a couple of other incisive runs at Hull's defence before coming off in the second half - perhaps with Liverpool in mind. Rashford - 6 Had a few loose touches in the first half. Worked hard throughout but struggled to make much impression on the game. Substitutes Martial (for Rooney 59) - 6 Stretched the game. Lingard (for Mkhitaryan 71) - 6 Worked hard. Fellaini (for Mata 80) - 7 (擁抱莫里尼奧真的很感人 Scored an important late goal.
