Bailly - 6 Looked a little rusty at first but settled down. Mopped up well in the second half after being left on his own at the back following Smalling's departure. Herrera - 7 Playing in Carrick's deeper role, was robbed in midfield early on to present Boro with their first chance. Kept the ball moving as Boro tried to defend their lead. Would have scored in the first half but for Lee Mason's shocker. Lovely knock down for Martial to score the the equaliser.
