曼城在本輪聯賽裏3-1擊敗Everton，
報了首回合被對手逼平的“一箭之仇”，
就此成為了英超自1995/96賽季以來第三支擊敗全部19個對手的球隊。
英超在1995/96賽季擴軍至20支球隊。
自那之後，只有2005/06賽季的CHELSEA和
2010/11賽季的曼聯實現如此壯舉。
