A: Yes. The Replicate cost of this spell will be the same as the mana cost of
the original. If you play Fireball with X = 6, then the mana cost and the
Replicate cost for this spell will be 6R. This is because the mana cost of X
spell includes the chosen value of X when the spell is on the stack.
