Madonna has offered to cover the cost of the late-night transport services put in place by the NSW Government to accommodate her Sydney concert goers. The extra services were put in place in anticipation of the singer's concerts running until the early hours of the morning, with her Sunday night show runni ng as late as 2am. However a source close to Madonna told Daily Mail Australia on Sunday that the 57-year-old singer wasn't forced by the NSW Government to foot the bill but o ffered to pay for the transport herself because 'she cares about her fans.' 'In knowing that the show is a late show, the tour had offered to cover the co st of the arrangements for the transportation in advance,' the source revealed . 'The overage was all sorted out in advance - a gesture to make sure her fans w ouldn't be stranded,' the source explained. 'She cares deeply for her fans and wanted them to be able to get home - so obv iously she wanted to do whatever she could to take care of them and if it mean t paying the extra to keep the services going then that's what the tour was go ing to do,' they added.
