Madonna, 50, risked turning a pre-Oscars dinner True Blue with a very public show of affection at the Grey Goose Cecconi’s party in the swanky Melrose suburb of LA. At least the feeling seemed to be mutual. Madonna was seen kissing her toyboy, and Jesus was glimpsed stroking her thigh and gazing deep into her eyes.
