標題[問題] 新手program安裝疑問

各位前輩好，小弟目前因為研究需要利用Matlab來進行模擬
但因為預計要使用的program需要先安裝GUI程式(Rappture)

問題就發生在安裝這個Rappture時，依照指示操作後執行rappture.sh後跳出以下畫面:

並未成功開啟GUI介面，顯然是並未安裝完成。
因此小弟就嘗試使用他所提供的另一種方法安裝:

執行Build_pkg.sh後依然無法順利安裝，其中訊息為:

其中的 "make: *** No rule to make target `all'. Stop.

也發生在我利用Cygwin於Windows下安裝的時候。
想要請教各位前輩這是什麼原因造成呢? 是因為路徑設定不對嗎?
