標題[問題] app送審問題

第一次送審，沒什麼經驗，詢問一下前輩。
9/11送審，9/12回覆Waiting For Review，之後就卡住了。
9/20有寫信問一下，也是官方回覆：
I checked on your app and confirmed that it is currently Waiting For Review
Please be assured that your app has not been forgotten. Unfortunately we
cannot provide an estimate of when a review will start or how long it will
take to complete due to the variety of factors that contribute to the review
process.
Once the review has been completed, you will receive an email notifying you
of the change of state. If we find we need additional information to complete
the review, we will contact you directly with that request.
我比較擔心是app少了什麼文件，因此一直停留在Waiting For Review。
還是第一次送審就是會比較久？！客戶一直問我上架沒？何時上架！
