標題[問題] 關於228正義無敵的時間

因為網站寫說早上10:00開始兌換手環，
然後我在售票的地方看到說使用日期寫著2007/2/28 12:00，
那這樣的話，請問演唱會是中午12:00開始的意思嗎？
我想這個問題很久了，呵。
