Cool gesture: The Texas Rangers gave starter Nathan Eovaldi the $100,000
All-Star bonus in his contract even though he didn’t make the American
League team. Eovaldi has been brilliant this season, posting a 1.58 ERA over
91 innings. He’s one of the most respected players in MLB.
Nathan Eovaldi 今年球季表現相當亮眼
一共出賽16場，包含一場完封，戰績為七勝三敗 防禦率 1.58
儘管未能夠入選美國聯盟明星隊
不過遊騎兵隊仍決定執行跟Eovaldi合約當中的激勵獎金條款，給予明星賽獎金10萬美金
