標題[情報] 老虎對Jack Flaherty 感到興趣

As the Tigers look to build on the scorching finish to the season that deliver
ed them a trip to the ALDS in 2024, Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic reported
yesterday that the club is expected to target “at least” one starting pitche
r this winter.
根據The Arheletic 的記者Cody Stavenhagen 的報導，老虎計劃在今年休賽季簽下至少
一名先發投手。
With that being said, Stavenhagen cautions that the club is hoping to stick wi
th short-term additions who can be had on one- or two-year contracts. Stavenha
gen also suggests that the club could be hesitant to land a pitcher who receiv
ed a Qualifying Offer this winter due to the associated loss of draft capital.
老虎希望以一到兩年的短約來補強先發投手。
That doesn’t mean the club is completely unwilling to explore higher-tier opt
ions, however, as The Athletic’s Ken Rosenthal and Will Sammon reported this
afternoon that the club has at least “some interest” in a reunion with right
-hander Jack Flaherty.
不過老虎即便在先發投手的補強以短約為主要策略，但他們不完全排除尋找市場上比較好
的先發投手，記者Ken Roswnthal 跟Will Sammon 表示老虎對於今年曾經效力過的先發投
手Jack Flaherty 產生一些興趣。

心得：看國外的虎迷有看到Rosenthal 的文章說，老虎會比較謹慎，因為他們想避免過去
前一批高層簽下Javier Baez 的錯誤。
不過投手如果用短約簽，感覺今年老虎的補強會放在打者，之前有看到老虎在找三壘手，
有在考慮Nolan Arenado 跟金河成。
