標題[情報] Baseball To Consider Trading Of Draft Picks?

There is growing sentiment to allow baseball teams to trade draft picks,
write Bill Madden of the New York Daily News.
"One of the prime topics of conversation at the owners-GMs meetings in Tucson
was the upcoming labor negotiations and prospective changes to the draft,"
Madden wrote over the weekend.
