Our enterprise multi-server systems are integrated into hospital local and wide area networks and are typically connected to CT and MR scanners as well as third party medical storage devices (PACS). This position requires enterprise server, workstation, networking and storage installation and trouble-shooting skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in this regard. [因為在台灣業務量現在並不是很大, 所以以part time的形式徵人, 以美金$15時薪計算 , 出差交通以及電話費都可以報帳, 一個禮拜平均約10-20小時工作時間, 以業務需求不 等, 因為需要和美國原廠工程師接洽, 英文需要一定程度溝通能力] JOB DESCRIPTION: o Provide technical assistance to computer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems which involve issues associated with our proprietary diagnostic 3D application running on Windows Desktop and Server Operating systems. o Investigate problems related to real-time volume rendering hardware boards installed on PCI-e, PCI-x slots. o Explain and assess data workflow models for customer prior to setup and installation of Windows Servers and/or Workstations running our proprietary 3D application for the customer. REQUIREMENTS: o Requires Masters in or related to Biomedical Engineering +12 months experience. Requires proficiency in DICOM (digital imaging and communications in medicine), which involves knowledge about DICOM standard. o Networking: Use of networking commands/tools in troubleshooting issues related to data transfer across a network.
