2014 WBS interview 的過程 其實是我最不滿意的一次 而且本來約好第一次面試的時間 學校助理竟然忘記了！！！ 我在電腦前一直等等不到電話 只好自己打國際電話過去 他們才跟我道歉 然後改排下一次面試 anyway, 以下是面試回憶錄---> 面試我是一個女生Monica 她一開頭就告訴我她也曾經待過HP 20年!!! 所以她看到我的Resume覺得非常的熟悉~~~ Warwick的問題幾乎都有打中我準備的題目 1. Tell me about your career journey 2. Why you studied Russain and jump into IT company 3. Do you know what is your strength that your two referees wrote about you (這個我一直說我不知道他們寫甚麼耶~~~~) 然後他叫我自己講那我覺得我的優點是啥 4. What's your weakness 5. What's your achievement and what you learned 6. Leader ship: Can you define your leadership style and provide me with an example showing your leadership? 7. Teamwork: How did you deal with a member of your team who can't contribute to your team and how you slove the conflict in your team 8. Career (他看著我的essay上面寫說我想要作brand management in Cosmetic industry) Why you interest for this role (然後我就說其實在寫essay前我都沒有決定好, 是我跟很多人聊過覺得這個很適合我 - right fit) 9. why do you think you are the right fit 10. Any questions? (我就很坦白說我已經拿到Cranfiled的offer 但是我想知道Warwick的strength) 大概也是一個禮拜後就被通知有offer and scholarship candidate --
