標題[軟體] Xcode 帳號逾時被登出

最近在嘗試用Xcode發布自己做的AR小程式，但是過一陣子會發現簽名畫面出現
"The operation couldn’t be completed. Unable to log in with account
'xxx'. An unexpected failure occurred while logging in"
網路上看到的方法都是進入Xcode→Preference→Acoounts重新登入就好，但是想知道
發生這種問題的根本原因(有人說是timed-out)以及根本解決辦法，謝謝
