我英文程度沒很好 兩個信箱都寄了 在此附上破破英文意見單

Hello RIOT, I am a summoner from Taiwan.
I can't understand why RIOT sets a special rules in SouthEastAsia of LOL ALL
STAR GAME.
In other regions(NA CN KR EU),the highest votes players represent their
region for the game.
But in SEA, RIOT add a special rule"up to three people can represent their
country".
This strange rule makes in Jungler,the player who got 10%, the highest votes
can not attend the game,
instead, the player who got 0.7% can attend the game.
Especially, the region wins ALL STAR GAME will get one extra quota for S3
world championship.
Other regions can assign their best players for All Star Game,
but SEA region only can assign up to 3 best player of one contry for All Star Game.
This ridiculous special rule is so unfair to all summoners in Taiwan.
I hope RIOT can give me a offical reason why you set a special rule for SEA
region.
