Be good. - The most important attribute. If you just hit level 30 and you're a beginner to solo ranked games in League of Legends, then you can't be good in a blink of an eye, obviously. You need to continue practicing with your friends in normal games until you have the right mindset and mechanics until you can play ranked. A good mindset includes knowing who to focus, when not to be greedy, when to be aggressive, not overextending, and much more. Having good knowledge of mechanics is important, and that includes knowing when to attempt dragon, warding vital areas of the map, when to push a lane, when to attempt baron, etc. When you begin getting scores with extremely impressive win/lose ratios (like 10-1) in a level 30 game, then that is a sign that you're ready. Duo queue. - One person to work with effectively is better than working with 4 people to work with ineffectively. I like to limit the amount of people I don't know to play with to a minimum, narrowing my chances of encountering a troll. If you don't know what a troll is, then read the next description below. Anyways, duo queueing allows you to communicate with each other more efficiently while you're laning together at bot lane - allowing you to navigate ganks and abilities a lot better. By the way, try your best to call the lane together at bottom because that is the most effective method. Playing in different lanes (not as much jungle) in solo queue sort of defeats the purpose of actually playing together. I, myself, duo lane bottom on smurf with a friend as AD carry and support starting at 1300 and swiftly got to 1900 in less than 20 games. We almost won our lane every time because we were most likely laning against people that were both solo queue, limiting their navigation and communication. After you hit 2000~ ELO, you should become good enough to Solo Queue without a friend and carry like a boss. 2. 雙排 - 跟一個有效率的人共事勝過跟四個沒效率的人共事。我通常會把同隊不認識的 人壓在一個數字，降低遇到troll的機率。如果你不知道troll是什麼，看看下一段吧。總 之，當你雙排且跟朋友一起走下時，跟其他隊友溝通會更有效率，讓gank與使用技能的時 機更加完美。另外，盡你所能跟隊友說你跟朋友走下，因為這是最有效率的方式。雙排時 走不同線(不包含jungle)程度上來說跟一起玩的目標背道而馳。我本身開了個小隻，跟朋 友走下路玩遠距AD跟輔助，從1300開始排並在不到20場內快速地升上1900。我們幾乎每一 場都壓贏對面下路，因為我們就像是跟兩個單排的人對線，限制了他們的溝通跟合作。當 你升上2000，你應該就已經強到可以單排並carry整隊了。 If someone cries at you that they want bottom lane (AD or support or whatever), then yell at them and force them to play another role, because getting bottom lane together with your friend increases your chances of dominating that lane. 如果有人哭哭想要走下路(AD或輔助或怎樣的)，那就吼回去並叫他們玩別隻，因為跟朋友 一起走下路增加了壓爆下路的機會。 3. Know the Trolls. - Do you know a troll? I'm sure we all do. If you do not know what a troll is, discontinue ranked solo games and look it up on Google. Its spelled like this: T-r-o-l-l. Trolls exist everywhere on the internet, including this game. The reason why they don't really exist in real life is because they are probably 14 year old kids that get thrown in the garbage everyday at school and cope with it by trolling others on the internet, acting larger than they seem. However, that is not always the case. 3. 了解白目 - 你了解troll嗎？我相信我們都很了解。如果你不了解，停止排rank並去 google。他的寫法是：T-r-o-l-l。網路上白目無所不在，當然遊戲裡也有。現實生活中 很少遇到白目是因為他們大概只有14歲，然後每天都被丟到垃圾桶裡，並以在網路上耍白 來發洩，藉以掩飾自己的弱小。然而，事實不是這樣的。 Whenever you get into a solo ranked game with a buddy, it is very easy to spot a troll. Trolls may appear in 1 out of every 5 games you get, and they are obvious to spot. They will scold you, they will attempt to humiliate you, they will leave you to die, they will say very unintelligent things, they will cause your team to lose, they will blame others, and much much more. Oh trolls. When you encounter them, they will cause excruciating anger to you and your family. Ok maybe not your family. But if your family comes into the picture then you're going too far. 每次你跟朋友雙排時都很可能會遇到白目。你可能五場就會遇到一場，而且超好分辨。他 們會罵你、嘗試羞辱你、在你快死時不出手幫助、彼此互罵，還有很多很多。喔，白目。 當你遇到他們時，他們會對你跟你的家人充滿怒氣。喔可能不是對家人。但當牽扯到家人 時就太過分了。 Enough defining, time to explain how to cope with them. Do not fall into their traps. Their traps may include you replying to them and making you angry, affecting your mindset which may cause you to perform horribly. Just ignore them but attempt to lead them and continue ignoring them if they say 'troll' things. Reputation. - A minor factor, but having a good reputation can sometimes do you good. Having a good reputation will make other people to say "Hey! you're that guy from last game! Wow you're so amazing! I'll try my best this game to match up to you this time!" Doing bad in games causes bad reputation in the future, and having bad reputation in the future will summon trolls to come get you (you do not want to become another caseynelson). Try your best in games, be polite, and most importantly, be consistent and win games. Do not rage (too much), do not troll others, and just play the game with your full potential. Eventually, everyone will find you as a nice, kind-hearted gentleman that everyone would love to play with. 4. 好名聲 - 這不是那麼的明顯，但擁有好名聲有時幫你很多。擁有好名聲將讓隊友說 「哇！你是上一場那個！你超強的！我這一場會盡全力彌補上一場的失誤！」遊戲裡的壞 表現將得到壞名聲，而壞名聲將吸引白目(你不會成為另一個caseynelson※的)。在遊戲 中盡全力，保持有禮，以及最重要的，別放棄，贏下遊戲。不要發怒(太多)，不要白其他 人，盡你全力表現。總有一天，每個人都瞭解到你是個好人，大家都想跟你同隊。 There are many more procedures to take to be successful in ranked solo games.
