Who's right? (Tom Hunter, London SW4) Sven. We've got three good players there who can adapt. We will prove the doubters wrong in the games to come. As long as I'm in the starting XI for England I'm happy. -- Q:You don't seem to have recreated your club form for England recently. Why not? What is your best position? How should you and Frank line up to get the best out of both you? (Pete Philpott, Newcastle) I'm playing in the same position for Liverpool week in, week out. I'm comfortable with that. For England I play in different positions- -on the left, in the three, in a holding role. When I get in a settled position you'll see better from me. I'm an attacking midfielder, but we have other great attacking midfielders, like Frank. We both like to attack but clearly we can't both go forward all the time. -- Q:Does Sven take on board your views about team tactics? Does Rafa? (Steven Tapp, Clapham) Every manager I've worked for has taken on board my opinions. All managers like the thoughts of their more experienced players, not necessarily about who should or shouldn't play, bur about sharing ideas. -- Q:Who'd win in a hypothetical game between the current Liverpool and England teams? (Gordon, Manchester) It depends. If I played for England then Liverpool would win and vice versa! -- Q:Would winning the World Cup bring you more pleasure than lifting the European Cup?
