標題[問題] command開發成GUI

1.最近有一個案子是將原本只能在command下執行的
如 itl123 <===執行檔
而其運作為 itl123 -I XXXXXXXXXXXX =====>SHOW(要抓到資訊
itl123 -S ===> SHOW(要抓到資訊
等等類似的功能
若我今天要用一個GUI開發程式將其寫成用按鈕按一按即可完成我要的資訊
請問哪一個比較快速又方便的
2.若用QT去寫，請問要參考哪些函式？
