標題[問題] 這樣算是光碟機挑片嗎？

Hello 板上各位大大，
小弟安裝Linux的經驗不多，
目前的OS是使用鳥哥私房菜CentOS 5.3來安裝，
但因為目前的上網環境僅有行動網路分享出來的wifi，
在CentOS 5.3我一直無法成功使用wifi
所以想說安裝自燒的Ubuntu-16.04.5試試看
目前的bios<Aptio Setup Utility - 2010 American Megatrends>
Boot Configuration
UEFI Boot [Disabled]
PXE ROM [Disables]
Boot Option Priorities
Boot Option #1 [P2: Slimtype DVD A DS8A8SH]
Boot Option #2 [P0: WDC WD5000BPKT-80PK4T0]
我的boot option只有這兩個...
目前的狀況是使用原本鳥哥私房菜CentOS 5.3可以使用光碟片開機，
並進入安裝程序，
但是在bios均未更動的條件下，放入Ubuntu-16.04.5 desktop
感覺讀完就直接跳過，然後直接進到CentOS 5.3的作業系統裡了...
請問這樣有可能遇到的是什麼問題呢？

如圖，進去看起來是有讀到資料的，剛剛還有發現是先閃了一下grub後直接進到centos裡，
我也好想趕快脫離它...
