標題[請益] 幾題英教的題目

這題我是選C 可是D好像也可以...

這題我選D，可是我想知道C有點不確定可不可以...
我知道這是語言學板，po英教有點不好，但真不知道要去哪個板問起...
有些有google search過了 只是還不太確定 想請教大家
如果懂這個的前輩們煩請指教了...^^ 感恩~~
