direct dominant 是以A的角度來說, A direct dominates B & C
and [B C] are immediate constituent of A

順道解釋一下上幾篇po文中的constituent
constituent的定義是 A set of nodes form a constituent iff they are
exhaustively dominate by a common node.
因此形成一支完整的constituent必須是完整的節點，例如
A
/ \
B C
/|\
D E F
[D E] 就沒有構成一個完整節點，因此也沒有構成constituent
造成該題中的PP這時無法移位。
