[I:]跟[i]是不同phoneme沒錯
可是原本的問題好像是[I]和[I:]吧！
這兩個在英文裡面算是同一個Phoneme
不過有不同的distribution
[I] 出現在無聲子音結尾之前，如：sit, sip
[I:]出現在有聲子音之前，如：Sid
這裡不舉k、g結尾是怕會有raising的問題。
