why the dendertic cell play the key role in primray immune response
why the macrophage play the key role in secdonary response
why the helper T cell secret cytokine can activated the
cytotoxic T cell that have same receptor?
we know that the antigen-presenting cell can use MHC molecule
to present the antigen fragment but in the self-tolerence condition where the antigen come from
