各位大大們..不好意思..想請問一下一題細胞計數的計算喔
cast study: stock cell suspension:10ml, dilution factor:20,
viable/death cell count:250/31 cells per 3 squares, desired cell working
condition: Fill up a 96 wekks okate with 200 ul each
containing 2x10^5 live cells
