Libra horoscope for Thursday Dec 6
If you put pressure on yourself or demand strict deadlines of yourself - even
when there is no actual deadline - you can make yourself very stressed and
tense. The same thing can happen even when you are intentionally attempting
to calm yourself down. For example, Libra, if you do breathing exercises, but
you get caught up in doing them perfectly, they won't have the desired effect
of increased calmness and relaxation. In fact, it may have quite the opposite
effect. Be very conscious today of not just what you are doing, but how you
are doing it to get the best out of the day.
如果你給自己施加壓力或制定了嚴格的死線——即便根本就沒有確切的截止日期存在——
你會對自己造成很大的擔憂和壓迫。
即使你有意使自己冷靜下來，同樣的情況還是可能發生。
舉例來說，秤秤，假如你在做深呼吸練習，但卻太專注於完美地做好這些動作，
那你就無法如願得到你所渴望的冷靜和放鬆。
事實上，這可能會造成反效果。
今天你要去專注的不是你正在做什麼，而是怎麼做才能達到最好的結果。
