當被問到接近季賽尾聲LeBron James是否會休戰，LeBron是這樣說的 :
"I don't plan on sitting out any of these eight games unless something
happens. I'm going to be in the lineup.
"接下來的每一場比賽一直到季賽結束，我都沒有打算要休戰。除非發生
什麼事，否則我都會上場打球。
It's never been part of my DNA. If I feel I can get something, I've got
to be out there for my teammates. It's my obligation to be out there for
them. I'm dealing with a few things but for me to sit out, I have to be
dealing with a lot more."
如果我感覺我可以我就一定會努力去爭取。而現在我認為我的隊友需要我
上場，所以這就是我的責任。雖然目前我或許不是那完整的我，不過要我
不上場，除非是更為嚴重。"
