The role will require structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and transactions in English and Mandarin. The candidate will also assist legal team members to do the legal research for different APAC regions, advise internal clients, and to provide training as needed, on various transactional, corporate, labor, intellectual property, real estate, operational, and compliance matters. 【徵求條件】 - A law degree from a Chinese law school plus a common law LLM or JD - Be qualified to practice law in the PRC, Taiwan or United States. - 3+ years' legal experience, including 2+ years' experience in a law firm (preferable an international law firm). - Fluent Mandarin and English reading and writing skills essential.
