NUMBER 22: The obligation of General Manager is to carry out the decisions from the Board, and to manage and to lead the daily operational works of JV Company. Deputy General Managers are to assist the General Manager. Operational & management organization can assign department managers to be the head of departments, which assists General Manager and Deputy General Manager in daily operational works and be responsible to General Manager and Deputy General Managers. NUMBER 23: In any case if the General Manager and Deputy General Manager be treacherous and cannot perform well in their jobs, they can be replaced any times through the resolution of the Board. --
