為什麼答案是D,C不行嗎?

2F：→ stranck:首先，now 是 adv.，是附加在 "that make up Canada" 上 03/05 00:31
3F：→ stranck:要不是 "... that now make up Canada..."， 03/05 00:34
4F：→ stranck:就是 "... that make up Canada now..."；可是， 03/05 00:34
5F：→ stranck:".. that make up Canada now..." 有個壞處，就是會讓人 03/05 00:35
6F：→ stranck:清楚 now 是修改 "that... " 還是 "came across..." 03/05 00:36
