標題[疑惑] 掃毒後的警告如何解決 ?

我的電腦是vista版本 , 用avira掃毒後
報告的尾端出現下列的敘述 :

有個疑問想請教
現在有三個檔案打不開 , 詭異的是我從C槽也找不到那些檔案 ,
那我該如何把他們找出來呢 ?
因為一直沒辦法辨識,不知道那些檔案有沒有毒,所以很想把他們找出來刪掉.

1F：→ serlontw:這3個檔案一個是分頁檔一個是休眠用檔一個是CDROM驅動檔 12/29 00:36
2F：→ slsf:基本上電腦有許多檔案是 "使用中" 所以會被鎖定打不開 12/29 00:39
3F：→ faleim:所以不用管他即可嗎 ? 12/29 00:39
4F：→ slsf:不用理他，本來掃毒就會遇到很多被鎖定的檔案 12/29 00:41
