標題[問題] 怎麼縮小作者間距?

請問有沒有人知道,
如果依照 conference 所規定的 latex template 的排版是
name1 name2 name3
office1 office2 office3
address1 address2 address3
email1 email2 email3
這樣的話.. 當作者有 4 個的時候怎麼辦呀??
通通排成一排, 第四個會被擠到範圍外..
用 \\ 強迫 office or address 換行, 也只是讓作者間的空白變多,
並沒有讓作者距離比較近呀..
通常這種情形要怎麼處理呢? >_<"
