標題Latex error message

我一台電腦用cwtex 或Winshell要編譯時 會出現以下錯誤訊息
我幫另一個同學的電腦安裝也會出現這個問題
但有些人的就不會
tex檔都是剛打好的 不可能是五年前
有沒有版友知道該怎麼解決呢?
