標 題pdf 中文書籤亂碼問題

我在 windows xp, 使用 miktex 2.7 可以正常造出中文書籤的 pdf。
可是同樣的 tex file, 在 debian 下卻會有亂碼。

這裡有我的 latex file 和 makefile
以及製作好的 pdf, 由於是用 miktex 2.7 製作,
所以中文書籤正常。
是哪裡沒有設定好嗎?
