從 IEEE 某範例抄來的，要注意的是 \setcounter{equation}{編號}
這邊編號是你希望出現編號的上一條數學式子編號數
例如，你想要讓這條數學式子編號是 11，就要填寫 10
（這是唯一麻煩的地方，你要手動看一下之前那條數學式子編號是多少）
