依使用者違規及申訴處理規則第八條第一項，
看板違規行為之有無，由該管板主認定之。
現DirectSales板的認定便是：
使用者saokie之言論縱使可議，
然不合「造謠」或「愚弄板眾」之違規要件，
未達違規標準，故駁回使用者gigi030507之檢舉。
若組長認為應重審或判定該使用者違規，則依組務裁定。
