3 請假事由: My body haven't been quite well. I've been eating medicine for
a while already. It is due to my backbone and hips. I have been
checking up every week with the doctor. As soon as it gets better
I will start practicing.
4. 何時補練:(星期二晨練 星期五晨練 星期六下午舊體 or 無法補練)
