城市/區域:Covina downtown 租屋時間:隨時入住, month by month Hi, 出租一間全新的衛浴套房 房子位在 Covina 老城區downtown, 是一間全新三層樓 townhome,附近機能完善, metrolink, target, walmart, ikea, 85 degree, home depot, shopping mall, 還有開 10 分鐘左右可以到的其他..H-mart, tokyo central market 一樓一間小套房(還沒有要出租), 三樓兩間大小套房, 大的目前短租出去了, 約3~4個月, 還有小的套房要出租..二樓是共用空間的開放中島廚房和客廳餐廳.. 七月底才剛蓋完交屋的房子... 交通方便..雖然不算華人區但是都不遠..下面有附我自己標註的地標地圖.. 冰箱,洗衣烘衣機和其中一個套房的床架床墊都是新買的.. 房租目前預計是 800 照片都附在下面,有興趣的請傳訊息, 可以安排看房(記得戴口罩),隨時入住... The townhome is located in old town covina...For the people loves urban living style but not too cloud. You can walk to downtown enjoy some night time shopping, theater, restaurant and sport bar (not now...please). You can also walk to the park doing some picnic and workout just 1 block away. Also, if you don't want to drive to LA downtown and find the $$$ parking, you can walk to the metrolink station and enjoy the train commute.. It's not far from all the Asian major cities, all inbetween 10~20 mins driving, I marked some spots in my mind in the map below. I am renting out 1 of the bedrooms with individual bathroom in the house,there were 2 but 1 was rented out for a short rental 3~4 months. rent for the new home special is $800..Let me know if you are interested..
