因為新室友10月才能夠進駐，所以九月會有一個空檔。
適合來短期旅遊，或是UCLA新生提前來找房子。
套房，獨立衛浴。
你可以租整個月或者是依照入住天數付款。
房子環境非常好，交通也很方便。

-the apartment is near the intersection of Sawtelle and Palm.
-It is 2B2B’s apartment, so you don’t need to share room with others.
-$850. Gas, water, and the internet are included.
-30/day
-The environment is quite decent. Beautiful yard, gated community,
swimming pool, basketball field, and BBQ places. A park nearby.
-Transportation: Bus 6 20mins to UCLA.
-If you have a car, it will be faster because 405 is just nearby the apartment. -Walking distance to Trader’s Joes, CVS, Ralphs, and Vons. A good Ramen place nearby. -parking included. (If you have a car, you can drive to little Osaka within 10 mins.)
