標題[問題] 全保租車有損毀，還要再付損毀費？

之前出去玩租車沒看到地上有坑，造成前保險槓輕微損毀，保險公司賠了租車公司維修費
後，租車公司又寄了一封信給我，要我付25%的損毀費和管理費，這樣是對的嗎？

see) of Anchorage, AK to handle the processing of a claim relating to damage t
o one of its rental vehicle all as referenced above. We are writing to you bec
ause according to our information the vehicle was in your possession on the da
te of loss. Your insurance company, Aon Affinity, as of this date has yet to p
ay all, or part of this claim. The total amount due our client as a result of
the damage and loss is as follows:
Deductible $250.00
Diminution in Value (25%
of the Physical Damage) $641.87
Administrative Fees $250.00
Balance Due $1141.87 U.S.D.
請問版上有大大懂這方面的嗎？
