As I look, most korean university students they study English
much harder than Taiwanese students.
They know a lot of vocabularies and do a lot of listening training.
They study so hard to get high TOEIC grades cuz it's necessary to get a job.
Their English ability is not bad. Them just too shy to speak English.
I think it's not a big problem to travel here only using English.
There are a lot of English speakers live in Korea but they can't speak Korean.
Don't look down on Korean's English ability, actually they do better than us.
Taiwan ranks 17th on IELTS scores, behind Japan, Korea
