At yesterday’s Celtics [team stats] press conference to introduce newly signed
big man Rasheed Wallace, forward Kevin Garnett could barely contain his
excitement.
While Garnett is looking forward to playing alongside his longtime friend, he
is also eager to get back on the court after a knee injury ended his season
prematurely.
“I’m feeling great,” Garnett said as he sat at the dais on the team’s
practice court at HealthPoint in Waltham. “If (team trainer) Ed Lacerte wasn’
t here or if we didn’t have so many people around, I’d take off running right
now.”
KG因為SHEED的到來感到非常非常非常的興奮~簡直迫不及待想要回到場上了！
KG表示：「我感覺棒極了！如果不是team trainer的Ed Lacerte在，
現場也沒有這麼多人圍繞的話，我現在就想站起來跑幾圈給大家看看~」
“My rehab is going really well,” Garnett said. “I’m ahead of schedule. At
this point, I’m just trying to continue to heal and continue to get stronger.”
KG說：「我的膝蓋感覺很好！復原的速度也在計畫內！」
Paul Pierce [stats] has been impressed with Garnett’s progress.
“He’s doing better than I’ve seen him in months,” Pierce said. “I’ve been
going to his house and hanging out with him this summer a little bit and he
looks really good. Even walking around, he looks a lot better than he has in
months.”
PP是KG傷勢復原的見證者。
PP說：「KG比我前幾個月看見他的時候好多了！今年夏天我有時候會去他家陪他，
他(復原的)真的很不錯，行走也沒有問題！」
