Board of Directors: Capital Increase
The Board of Directors of Juventus approved the mid-term development plan
presented by the managing director Jean-Claude Blanc.
JUVE董事會通過由總經理 Jean-Claude Blanc所提出的中期發展計畫。
To finance this plan, the Board of Directors decided a capital increase of
more than 100 million euros. During the meeting, the majority shareholder
IFIL garanteed to underwrite the increase of its share (which is 60% of
the capital). Tha Board of Directors asked the chairman and the managing
director to convene a meeting of shareholders by the month of April,
during which the financial dealing will be decided.
為籌措資金，董事會決定進行１００ｍ歐元以上的增資，
會議中，主要股東ＩＦＩＬ保證要認購增加的股份（佔資本六成），
董事會請求主席與總經理在四月召集股東會議，決定財務分配。
（簡言之，要股東出錢集資換股湊到至少１００ｍ歐元，
ＩＦＩＬ願意先吃下六成，不愧是衣食父母，感謝 Agnelli家族。）
The decision of the Board represents an essential moment in the future
developlment and enhancement of Juventus, creating the conditions to face
the next future with serenity, and to build a prompt competitive team.
The capital increase and the aims of the development plan will be presented
during a press conference held by chairman Cobolli Gigli and the managing
director Blanc, live on Juventus Channel.
發展計畫的內容，將在由主席 Cobolli Gigli與總經理 Blanc主持的記者會上，
在 Juventus Channel實況轉播。

詳細的pdf說明文件，有稍微解釋認股，
確切要增資的金額是１０４．８ｍ歐元，
股份配給價是每股１．３歐元（其中１．２歐元是股份溢價帳），
而昨日收市股價是１．８７ｍ歐元，總之就是用價差吸引股東增資；
也提到中期發展計畫的主要目標，有三項：
首先是維護在歐洲足壇的領導地位，就是追求戰績、進行陣容各部門補強，
還有穩定技術組，以利未來能從青訓與球探系統得到良好增援；
其次是採用新的行銷策略有效提升 JUVENTUS 這品牌，
鑑別出少數經過篩選能為收益提供重大貢獻與強化品牌的國家與國際夥伴為團體，
球會打算在三月底前確定新任球衣贊助商，
進一步行動是選定關鍵的國際市場，包括球隊的巡迴與友誼賽；
第三是鞏固資產與財務狀態，確保在下個轉會窗口開啟時有資金可運用，
接著談到１２０ｍ歐元球場計畫跟政府的部分，之前翻過了。
