Deschamps的 JUVE也將重度依賴年輕球員： 「當我決定誰將上場比賽時，並不會去看出生日期， 如果一個球員滿十九歲而且夠出色，他就會上場，當然，JUVE必須一直贏球， 不過年齡對我來說，並非是衡量誰會上比賽大名單的準則。」 -- 　逛世界盃版需要的不是常識，是勇氣。 --
