New Juventus boss Didier Deschamps visited former teammate
Gianluca Pessotto in hospital on Friday.
The Frenchman, who will be officially unveiled to the media
by the Old Lady on Saturday, arrived at the Molinette clinic
to see his club's new team manager for the first time
since his horrific fall.
“He's doing well,” said Deschamps of the man
who is in a serious but stable condition following his descent
from a window at the outfit's HQ last month.
Pessotto出事後，Deschamps首次去看他：「Pessotto狀況不錯。」
“I came here to see a friend who I greatly admire and
one who I shared numerous victories with as a player.
「我來看的是一個曾跟我與球員身份共同分享無數勝利、我非常景仰的朋友。」
“He's happy and I'm delighted that I saw him.
We'd already met last season before the Champions League game
between Juve and Arsenal.
「他很開心，我也很高興能見到他，
我們在上賽季歐冠 JUVE對 Arsenal的比賽時就見過面了。」
“It's always a pleasure to see him because
he is a very important person for me, one with the right mentality.
「看到他總是讓我很愉快，因為對我來說他是很重要、有正確心態的人。」
（大家都這麼說，那可以告訴我 Pessotto為什麼會想自殺嗎？我想不透…）
“He was a real professional on the pitch as a player,
but he is also a man who acts correctly off it too.
「他在球場上是個真正的專業者，同時在賽場下也是舉止得體的人。」
（那為什麼會跳樓！！！不要搞半天之後跟我說是謀殺未遂！）
“We will wait patiently for him and I've told him
that I expect to see him at the club soon.
He's always had courage and he'll show that he still has that.”
「我們會耐心地等他回來，我已經告訴他我期待很快能在俱樂部看到他，
他總是足夠的勇氣，現在也還有，他會再次展現這一點。」
（我不想問為什麼了…）
The 1998 World Cup winner was also asked for his thoughts on
Juventus' future, but Deschamps was remaining tight-lipped.
“I'm happy to be back, but I don't really want to talk about
it right now,” he stated. “We'll see what happens with
the verdicts tonight.”
Deschamps避談 JUVE的未來，他說：「我很高興能回來，
不過我現在真的不想談這件事（指醜聞），我們等今晚判決出來再說。」
The Turin giants may see themselves stripped of their Serie A status
if they are found guilty of sporting fraud during the 2004-05 season.

我到現在還是無法理解 Pessotto的行為，
因為這件事跟眾人談論他的用語，以及我個人對他的認知完全抵觸，
不過無論如何，我都希望他能好好活下去，只為了自己也好。
如果以不同的身份為 JUVE工作真的不快樂或是有壓力，
就此離開也不會有人怪你啊大叔！別再幹傻事了！
