The Los Angeles Lakers and the Houston Rockets completed their trade for the
rights of point guard Jeremy Lin. The trade was a cap-clearing move for the
Rockets in hopes to land free agent big man Chris Bosh. Unfortunately for the
Rockets, Bosh decided to return to the Miami Heat with a $118 million deal.
湖人從火箭拿到Lin，可是火箭卻沒得到Bosh，因為熱火給了Bosh1億1千8百萬鎂！
Here is the official statement from the NBA and the Lakers:
以下是湖人官方說明：
The Los Angeles Lakers have made a trade with the Houston Rockets, acquiring
guard Jeremy Lin as well as a future first round draft pick and a second
round draft pick in 2015 (acquired by Houston in an earlier deal with the
L.A. Clippers) in exchange for the rights to Sergei Lishchuk, it was
announced today by General Manager Mitch Kupchak.
湖人得到Lin、一個2015首輪籤以及一個二輪籤(火箭之前從快艇得到的)，
火箭則拿到了Sergei Lishchuk。
As for the Lakers, they could not be happier with the trade and acquiring
Jeremy Lin. According to General Manager Mitch Kupchak, the Lakers are a
better team with Lin:
對湖人來說沒甚麼比這交易更高興的了，MK表示：
This trade allows us to acquire a solid player who will make us a better
team, as well as draft picks to improve our team in the future, while at the
same time allowing us to maintain financial flexibility. In addition to what
he’ll bring us on the court, we think Jeremy will be warmly embraced by our
fans and our community.
這次交易讓我們得到一個很棒的球員來加強球隊、不錯的籤位可以用來未來的補強，
而且同時還讓我們財務更棒！ 除了球場上的表現以外，我想LA大眾跟LA迷一定會很歡迎
林的到來。
Lin will likely be the starter for the Lakers at the point guard position
next year and his attacking brand of basketball could open up avenues for
other scorers on the team to get touches. Overall, this has to be looked at
as a solid move for the Lakers moving forward.
Lin下賽季可能會以控衛先發，展現他的攻擊能力也能幫助隊友得分。
總而言之，對湖人來說，這次交易讓湖人發展更好。
