Jeremy Lin has signed his offer sheet w/Rockets, as expected. Knicks have
three days to match.
Confirming what @daldridgetnt reported: Lin contract terms have changed.
Signed for 3 yrs, $25mil. Starts at $5m. Year 3 jumps to $14.9m.
Original offer to Lin had 3rd-year bump to $9.3 mil (and 4th-year opt for
$9.3m). This one gives NY more to think about with $14.9m in Yr 3.
林書豪與火箭隊正式簽約，尼克隊將有三天時間去 match 。
合約內容與之前的口頭協議有變動，變成三年約，總值2500萬美金，第一年是五百
萬，第三年會跳到一千四百萬。原本的合約第三年只有930萬。這個變動將會對尼克
的抉擇造成影響。

As @daldridgetnt said, the contract numbers for Lin is a little different
than originally reported. Year 3 is more than $14 million.

是變多了吧？原本是三年保證約，第四年不保證。也就是在第四年不簽的狀況
下林書豪只能拿到不到兩千萬美金。而現在是這三年保證林書豪會有兩千伍佰
萬的收入。而如果林書豪在這三年能打出價值，讓火箭隊願意續約，接下來的
約應該也會超過原先所提出的第四年價格。這對林書豪來說是大大的好事。
