DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The CSR has the following tasks: ‧Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. ‧Searches internal documentation and consult colleagues to answer customer’s questions and/or problems ‧Provides support by email, chat and/or phone (as requested by the project) ‧Ensures quality of his/her answer by proofreading his messages ‧Escalate questions and comments when answer is not listed ‧Prepares daily activities report ‧Collect information about the product and escalate it to the developer ‧Attends meeting with client if needed ‧Keeps his/her computer clean and protected to avoid and prevent security issue (Antivirus and firewall activated and up to date) ‧Ensure work computer is up to date and can run requested software ‧Assists team members to find answer ‧Helps forming new agent if requested ‧Moderates and Monitors contents on the community sites ‧Works with QA Specialist to improve quality of services and products Working Place: Home based (remote) QUALIFICATIONS - Customer support experience - Interest in video game - Excellent linguistic skills both in English and Traditional Chinese Experience in the video game industry is welcomed Expected Operating Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (Monday - Friday) or 9 AM - 5 PM (Saturday - Sunday) Please write your availability, hourly rate and send us your CV to [email protected] 有興趣的朋友請寄送你的CV並聯絡上述的信箱，請勿回站內信喔。 公司情報請參閱此網址:http://www.keywordsstudios.com/zhtw (倫敦證交所上櫃公司，LON:KWS) --
