There is a confirmation in the ticket from Ben Wan that indeed the w/s was swapped and user was able to login. And he stayed onsite for 15 minutes and w/s is running fine. This maintenance will start on Saturday May 30th, 2009 at 10:00am EST through 10:30am. During the maintenance the Service desk service will not be available including automatic notification escalations and ticketing. During the maintenance window GTCC should perform manual monitoring through OVO and NNM browsers and escalate events to the appropriate support groups manually.
